Twins of Evil

A collection of original material from the production of Twins of Evil, the 1971 horror picture staring Peter Cushing and the third instalment in the Karnstein Trilogy produced by Hammer Films.

These medium format black and white Kodak negatives are camera originals shot during the production of the movie. They show Peter Cushing as Gustav Weil with the decapitated head of Frieda Gellhorn (Madeleine Collinson), Judy Matheson as Woodman's daughter and a burning scene taking place in the woods, these are accompanied by a 35mm frame showing Count Karnstein (Damien Thomas) and Countess Mircalla Karnstein (Katya Wyeth) along with three small trimmed positive prints inscribed with pink marker. Each of the camera original negatives are hand inscribed with production numbers and each accompanied by paper bags with similar inscriptions.

The image area of the negatives measure 2.25" square and they remain in very fine vintage condition, paper bags measuring 6" x 4.5 and exhibiting only minimal wear.
