We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days and all packages are sent with tracking and full insurance, no matter the amount. For most packages we use either Royal Mail or our UPS account which can offer very competitive rates, for very specialist items we may use other carefully selected agents from time to time.
Every artefact offered for sale on the website has been allocated into one of our pre determined shipping bands in order to enable a swift and hassle free checkout process with no delay. Many variables are taken into account such as size, weight and value in order to allocate an item to the correct and most cost effective shipping group, our system currently supports over 500 options per country in order to cover almost every eventuality. On rare occasions where exceptional circumstances apply, such as over sized items or for items which may require crating, you will be prompted to contact us for a shipping quote before ordering or alternatively you may be permitted to checkout and buy the item and settle any shipping and handling costs later.
For an order where multiple products are checked out in one transaction shipping is calculated on a per product basis, In the event of items being shipped together and the cost incurred being substantially less than charged a partial shipping refund may be made, alternatively you are welcome to contact us before ordering to ascertain an exact cost for multiple item shipments. Please note that due to the nature of these artefacts it is not always possible to ship them together but we always endeavor to where at all possible.
When your order has been dispatched you will be sent confirmation via email along with tracking information.
If you purchase an item off the website and wish to upgrade to a faster shipping service this can be arranged at extra cost, please contact us with your requirements.
