Doctor Who

An original prop used in the production of the long running BBC science fiction television series Doctor Who.

From the 1989 serial The Curse of Fenric starring Sylvester McCoy as The Doctor this is an original toxin grenade as seen used prominently in episode four. The prop grenade was created by the BBC Visual Effects Department and is constructed from resin with a metal base and drilled holes to the sides and hand painted finish.

The grenade stands approximately 4" high and remains in good production used condition with some paint wear, damage to the top and lacking the pin, mud residue remains present from use on location.
