Original costume designs used in the production of the long running BBC science fiction television series Doctor Who.

From the 1976 serial The Deadly Assassin starring Tom Baker as The Doctor these costume designs were created by costume designer Joan Ellacott are are accomplished in pencil on artists paper. The artworks feature various drawings with a quantity of hand inscribed notes relating to the designs and actors with one having a second page containing a number of material swatches for consideration. In excellent vintage condition, very fine.

A rare and highly displayable example of original production material from this cult science fiction series.
