Atropine injector
An original prop used in the production of The Rock, the 1996 action picture starring Nicholas Cage and Sean Connery under the direction of Michael Bay.
These Atropine injectors were issued to Stanley Goodspeed (Nicholas Cage) and the unit of Navy SEALs before they leave for Alcatraz with the instruction to inject them if they come in to contact with the VX poison gas. The prop is constructed from solid resin with a green and silver paint finish and features applied decals one printed 'ATROPINE INJECTOR, FOR USE IN NERVE GAS POISONING ONLY' with the other featuring the expiry date 8/96.
The injector measures approximately 7.5" long and remains in very good production used condition with some light paint wear and rubbing to one of the decals, overall fine.
A highly displayable artefact from this well received box office smash.
