Longest Yard (The)

An original costume used in the production of The Longest Yard, the 1974 prison drama starring Burt Reynolds under the direction of Robert Aldrich.

Costumes such as this can be seen worn by at the Citrus State Prison, comprising of a short sleeved shirt and trousers with blue detail the shirt is stamped 'STATE PRISON' to the back with prisoner number above which has been stamped out likely for use in a subsequent production.

The wardrobe remains in very good vintage and production used condition exhibiting some minor soiling.
