Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back

A pair of original publicity slides from the production of the 1980 science fiction picture The Empire Strikes Back, the second instalment of the classic Star Wars franchise directed by Irvin Kershner.

These vintage publicity slides show two concept artworks from the production, the 35mm colour transparencies are mounted in card surrounds featuring the movie logo to the top with Lucasfilm copyright below. They show the original conceptual artwork for 'Attack on Generator' and 'Minch house exterior' created by artist Ralph McQuarrie during pre-production of the movie circa July 1978.

The slides measure 2" x 2" and remain in excellent vintage condition with some minor edge wear to cardboard outer, otherwise very fine.
