Star Cops

An original costume used in the production of Star Cops, the 1987 BBC television series penned by prolific science fiction writer Chris Boucher.

Pacific Space Line body warmers such as this can clearly seen in Intelligent Listening for Beginners, the third episode of the series. This padded body warmer was bespoke made for the production and features numerous pockets and hand applied braided trims with a Pacific Space Lines patch to the left breast. Lined to the interior it features a label to the collar which is hand inscribed 'SIZE 12'.

The costume remains in good condition with some colour change due to age, the once blue sections now being light purple, otherwise very good.

A fine example of original wardrobe from this cult science fiction series.
