Doctor Who

An original costume piece used in the production of the long running BBC science fiction television series Doctor Who.

From the 1965 Doctor Who serial The Daleks' Masterplan starring William Hartnell as The Doctor this is an original belt as worn by agents of the Space Security Service including Bret Vyon (Nicholas Courtney). The belt is constructed from white PVC backed with leather and features a metal buckle covered in leather, it remains in good vintage condition exhibiting age related wear and some minor soiling.

An extraordinarily rare example of original material from the William Hartnell era of this classic science fiction series.
