Conan the Barbarian

An original artwork from the production of Conan the Barbarian, the 1982 fantasy picture starring Arnold Schwarzenegger under the direction of John Milius.

This original artwork was created by noted production designer Ron Cobb, accomplished in graphite and watercolours on paper the early conceptual artwork depicts the Shadizar mountain of Zamora and features a highly detailed collection of dwellings against the cliff side. An ink stamp to the bottom corner reads 'COPYRIGHT 1978 EDWARD R. PRESSMAN PRODUCTIONS INC.

The artwork measures an impressive 24" x 19" and remains in excellent vintage condition, unfolded with minimal wear, overall fine.

A fine example of original production material from this well regarded box office smash which launched the film career of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
