Joe 90

An original puppet scale torch used in the production of the 1968 Supermarionation television series Joe 90 created by Gerry & Sylvia Anderson.

This puppet torch can be seen used on screen in the episode Trial at Sea. Constructed from turned aluminium with integral bulb to the end which unscrews to allow the bulb to be changed with a wire coming from the body of the torch which would have been connected to a battery to make the prop functional. The torch measures approximately 2.5" long and remains in excellent condition just missing a small piece of detailing from the body.

A very intricately made prop and a testament to the quality of Gerry Anderson's Supermarionation productions.
