Big Kahuna Burger bag
An original prop used in the production of Pulp Fiction, the 1994 crime masterpiece starring John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson under the direction of Quentin Tarantino.
Burger bags such as this can be seen used during the memorable scene early in the movie as Jules (Samuel L. Jackson) and Vincent (John Travolta) head to Brett's (Frank Whaley) apartment to retrieve property belonging to their gangster boss Marsellus Wallace (Ving Rhames). This hilarious sequence features an abundance of quotable dialogue as the hitmen catch Brett and his associates enjoying hamburgers, "The cornerstone of any nutritious breakfast", and humorously discuss the Big Kahuna Burger joint which is a feature of several Tarantino pictures.
This bag was custom made for the production and features the logo of the fictional burger joint to both sides, to the underside of the bag is a printed serial number which includes '.93', the year it was created. The bag stands approximately 13.5" high and measures 7" wide, it remains in very good condition with some minor creasing and tearing to the top from use and handling.
A rare and highly displayable artefact from the production and a fine talking point from what will forever remain one of the most iconic sequences penned by this acclaimed director.
