Prometheus

An original prop used in the production of Prometheus, the 2012 science fiction prequel directed by Ridley Scott.

Flamethrowers such as this can be seen used by various characters throughout the movie, notably when Meredith Vickers (Charlize Theron) kills Charlie Holloway (Logan-Marshall Green). This stunt flamethrower is a lightweight non practical version of the weapon used for action scenes where the use of the hero was inappropriate, constructed from plastic and rubber the prop is finished in black and grey metallic paint and features the Weyland Corp logo to the fuel tank.

The impressive weapon measures approximately 37" long and remains in excellent production used condition exhibiting some minor wear to the rubber parts from use during filming.

A highly displayable artefact from the classic Alien franchise.
