Blue Max (The)

An original script used in the production of The Blue Max, the 1966 World War I picture starring George Peppard under the direction of John Guillermin.

This original production used script is dated 28th June, 1965 and comprises of 141 pages bound between front and rear covers of green card with the front type written 'THE BLUE MAX' and numbered 171. The interior cover page is hand inscribed "Final script, November 1965" and the script features numerous coloured revision pages throughout, to the rear a further 32 pages provide a highly detailed breakdown of the major air sequences split in to five scenes.

The script remains in generally excellent vintage and production used condition exhibiting minor wear from use and handling, otherwise fine.

A rare and concise example of original production material from this highly regarded war picture.
