Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom

An pair of original slides used in the production of the 1984 picture Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, the second instalment in the popular Indy franchise.

These VistaVision slides were utilised at Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) during the composition of the Academy Award winning visual effects sequences. The 35mm Vistavision frames are mounted in card surrounds featuring printed Lucasfilm copyright and show two shots from the memorable bridge sequence which was achieved with a combination of live action, bluescreen, mattes and miniatures expertly composited by ILM. The surrounds are each hand inscribed with the shot number in green pen.

The slides measure 2" x 2" and remain in excellent production used condition, very fine.

A rare and interesting example of original visual effects material from this classic franchise.
