Doctor Who

An original floor plan used in the production of the long running BBC science fiction television series Doctor Who.

From the 1980 serial Meglos starring Tom Baker as The Doctor this is an original floor plan used at BBC Television Centre Studio 3 for day 2 of filming which took place on July 8, 1980. The floor plan details the various sets built in studio for filming with two elements having been hand coloured in pink highlighter and exhibits traces of green slime to the right hand edge from the prop Meglos creature used in episode four which was placed on this very floor plan during filming.

The document measures approximately 33" x 23" and remains in excellent production used and folded condition with a minor tear to the left edge, otherwise very fine.

This represents a fine example of an original production artefact which can be guaranteed to have been present during the filming of this classic science fiction series.
