Dune

A pair of original concept designs used during in the production of David Lynch's 1984 film adaptation of Dune, based on the novel by Frank Herbert.

These are production issued copies of a concept designs for the Atreides ship taken from the original rendering created by production designer Anthony Masters. The concepts show the detail of the ship and its doorway with one noted 'THE ATREIDES SHIP IN ARRAKEEN, LETO & FAMILY ARRIVE'.

The concepts measure approximately 13.5" x 8.5" and remain in generally excellent condition with only minor edge wear, overall fine.

A displayable pair of production artefacts from this box office flop which later achieved cult status with science fiction fans.
