Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory

An original concept design used in the production of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, the 1971 picture starring Gene Wilder under the direction of Mel Stuart.

This is an original production made photostat copy of the original rendering drawn by noted art director Harper Goff as he designed the various elements of the picture, signed by Goff with the date '70' beside the concept features the title 'PLAN OF WONKA CHOCOLATE FACTORY'. The illustration details two elevations of the factory including a cross section from the main gate through the chocolate room to the inventing room at the top with an aerial plan detailing the layout of the factory below.

The concept design measures an impressive 16" x 12" and remains in excellent production used condition, once rolled now stored flat, overall very fine.

An incredibly rare example of original production material from this highly regarded classic.
