Poltergeist

An original chair back used in the production of the 1982 supernatural horror picture Poltergeist produced by Steven Spielberg.

This was the on set chair back of child actress Heather O'Rourke who was selected by Steve Spielberg to portray Carol Anne Freeling. The chair back is constructed from brown leather and features Heather's name hand painted in white to one side while remaining blank to the other. Measuring approximately 23" x 6.5" the chair back remains in excellent vintage folded condition and originates from the family of Heather O'Rourke who retained it after production wrapped.
