Doctor Who

This original tooth knife was used in the Doctor Who episode Survival, the final adventure of the classic series which marked the end of one of the longest running shows in television history until The Doctor graced our screens once again some 16 years later.

This large tooth was used on screen as a knife by Will Barton as Midge, notably in the scene where he kills a cheetah. Specially constructed by the BBC visual effects department for this serial it is cast in resin and meticulously hand painted and weathered.

The piece measures approximately 11" long and 2" at its widest and tapers to a point. The tip of the knife has unfortunately snapped and is missing, otherwise in excellent condition and a fine example of a Doctor Who hand prop.
