Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons

This original puppet scale pistol was used in the production of the classic 1967 series Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons made by the Century 21 productions company of Gerry and Sylvia Anderson, John Read and Reg Hill.

Utilised by Lieutenant Green this style of gun can be seen brandished by all the Spectrum officers and are colour coded to the name of the character. The pistol is hand constructed with perspex handle, turned alumimium barrel, body and trigger with the signature green strip achieved in hand cut perspex.

The pistol measures approximately 3" x 1 3/4" and is in good production used condition.

An incredibly rare artefact from this classic series and a testament to the quality of Anderson production techniques.
