Killer of Killers / Chato's Land

This is the original artwork for the UK double bill quad poster for Killer of Killers, also known as The Mechanic, and Chato's Land, the 1972 pictures starring Charles Bronson under the direction of Michael Winner.

The artwork was created by noted artist Arnaldo Putzu and is accomplished in acrylic paint on artists board and features Bronson's character likeness from the two films. This board is overlaid by a large piece of tracing paper featuring a crude layout of the final poster design which is hand inscribed in black, red and green marker pens.

The work measures and impressive 29" x 22" and remains in good vintage condition with some minor corner wear to the board and heavier wear to the tracing paper which features several tears repaired with tape, otherwise fine.
