Licence plate
An original licence plate used in the 1993 science fiction adventure picture Jurassic Park directed by Steven Spielberg.
This licence plate can be seen on screen on the JP29 Jeep that transports John Hammond (Richard Attenborough) and Donald Gennaro (Martin Ferrero) into Jurassic Park after they land on the helipad. The custom made plate is constructed from plastic coated metal and features the iconic Jurassic Park logo, the 29 Jeep designation number and four holes where it was attached to the vehicle during filming. The plate is inscribed to the verso 'HELIPAD A' in marker pen referring to its use on the vehicle that picks Hammond up from the helipad.
The licence plate measures an impressive 12" x 6" and remains in excellent production used condition with some light wear, overall very fine.
A vibrant and instantly recognisable display piece that requires no introduction from this Academy Award winning box office smash which on its release became the highest grossing picture of all time.
