Superman

An original transparency from the production of Superman, the 1978 superhero classic starring Christopher Reeve and Marlon Brando.

This is an original 4" x 5" large format positive transparency on Kodak film created by the studio during the production of the movie. The images shows a head shot of Marlon Brando as Jor-El against a black background as he appears in the Fortress of Solitude sequence, similar shots were also used in promotional materials for the movie.

The transparency remains in excellent vintage condition with no colour shift, very fine.

An interesting artefact from this highly regarded superhero classic.
