Iron Man

An original prop used in the production of Iron Man, the 2008 superhero picture starring Robert Downey Jr. under the direction of Jon Favreau.

These guided missile innards can be seen as Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and Yinsen (Shaun Toub) strip down the missiles to access the palladium required to build the arc reactor before making his escape. Custom made by the production the impressive and highly detailed prop is constructed from machined aluminium parts and features a number of circuit boards to the centre which rotate, this further dressed with wiring and a screen.

The prop measures approximately 16" long and 6" in diameter, it remains in excellent screen used condition throughout, very fine. In addition to our COA this is accompanied by a Marvel/Propworx studio COA which states "Hero missile innards".

A highly displayable artefact from this well received superhero picture.
