Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom

An original prop used in the production of the 1984 picture Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, the second instalment in the popular Indy franchise.

A dagger identical to this can be seen used by one of the Thuggee cult members who attacks Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) during the memorable mine cart escape sequence. The dagger is constructed from fibreglass and features a decorative ornate handle and a faux metallic paint finish, it measures approximately 14" long and remains in generally excellent production used condition with some minor paint wear, most notably the decorative pattern on the blade which was once gold, while minor traces of this still remain it has largely worn off, otherwise very fine.

A rare and highly displayable artefact from one of the most highly regarded and iconic franchises in cinematic history.
