Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

An original prop used in the production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the 2005 film adaptation of the famous Roald Dahl book starring Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka under the direction of Tim Burton.

A newspaper identical to this can be seen as Charlie (Freddie Highmore) arrives home with news of the latest Golden Ticket being found. The Evening Bulletin newspaper features the headline 'THIRD GOLDEN TICKET FOUND' with a picture of Violet Beauregarde (AnnaSophia Robb) below and an article specifically written by the production. The remainder of the paper features various unrelated articles and this cover is placed over a genuine copy of the New York Times from 2004, the year of production.

The newspaper measures approximately 22" x 14" and remains in excellent production used condition exhibiting minor edge wear to the fold line and edges, generally fine.

A highly displayable artefact from this well received adaptation.
