Doctor Who

An original prop used in the production of the long running BBC television series Doctor Who.

From the 1979 serial Nightmare of Eden starring Tom Baker as The Doctor pistols such as this can be seen used by various characters throughout. Constructed from lightweight resin the futuristic weapon was created by the BBC Visual Effects Department and features rubber grips to the handle and is finished in a weathered metallic silver paint.

The pistol measures approximately 11" long and remains in excellent screen used condition exhibiting only minor paint wear, overall fine.

A highly displayable artefact from the Tom Baker era of this classic science fiction series.
