Doctor Who

A collection of original costume pieces used in the production of the long running BBC science fiction television series Doctor Who.

From the 1983 serial Snakedance starring Peter Davison as The Doctor armour such as this can be seen worn by the guards on their upper arms. Constructed from fibreglass the custom made parts feature mosaic like detailing with a multicoloured hand painted finish each with leather laces used to fasten the armour to the actor, these are accompanied by two custom made wrist gauntlets of leather construction with similar laces.

Each armour section measures approximately 5.5" x 4.5" and they remain in excellent production used condition with some light surface wear, gauntlets fine, one with minor wear.
