Joe 90

An original miniature used in the production of Joe 90, the 1968 Supermarionation television series created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson of Thunderbirds fame.

This is an original puppet scale miniature diving cylinder used in the Joe 90 episode Big Fish, the prop is a small glass bottle of the period which would have originally contained some kind of hair product and has been painted red by the production and detailed with tape. The miniature features some glue residue where it was attached on set with the black tape being a later addition where it was likely reused in a subsequent unknown episode of either Joe 90 of The Secret Service.

The cylinder stands approximately 4" high and remains in good production used condition with some paint loss which has revealed some of the writing on the vintage bottle.

An incredibly rare miniature artefact from this highly regarded Gerry Anderson production.
