Cannon and Ball Show (The)

An original costume design used in the production of The Cannon and Ball Show, the British variety comedy series starring Tommy Cannon and Bobby Ball.

This original hand drawn costume design was created during the production of series four, accomplished in pencil on paper by costume designer Cecelia Doidge the artwork features two women in sultry costumes which feature in the first episode. The artwork features various hand inscribed annotations in pencil and is hand signed by Doidge to the bottom left corner.

The costume design measures 14" x 10" and remains in very good vintage condition with only minor wear.

A rare example of original production material from this long running variety show.
