Buffy the Vampire Slayer

An original prop used in the production of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the long running television series starring Sarah Michelle Gellar in the title role.

Prop stakes such as this can be seen used various characters in numerous episodes of the series including by Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy. The faux wooden stake is constructed from a dense solid rubber and was cast off the master which was turned in wood, it features distinctive grain to its surface with a weathered paint finish making a very convincing prop which can easily pass for real wood even in close up. The wooden master of this exact sculpt can be seen in a behind the scenes interview with property master Randy Eriksen.

The stake measures approximately 11" long and remains in excellent production used condition with some minor paint wear most notably to the very tip, overall very fine.

This represents an instantly recognisable and highly displayable artefact from this highly regarded series.
