Lou's Cafe telephone directory page
An original prop from the production of Back to the Future, the first instalment in the classic science fiction trilogy starring Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd under the direction of Robert Zemeckis.
This is an original page created by the production for use in the scene where Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) looks his friend Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) up in 1955 at Lou's Cafe resulting in him removing the relevant page from the telephone directory. The double sided page is printed on light brown paper and features Doc's address and telephone number among the entries with the binding edge of the page intentionally distressed to appear torn, the directory used on screen likely featuring several of this page inserted within should more than one take of its removal be required during filming.
The directory page measures approximately 11" x 8.5" and remains in excellent production made condition, extremely fine.
A displayable artefact from this classic science fiction trilogy.
