Blake's 7

An original prop used in the production of the BBC science fiction television series Blake's 7.

Explosive charges such as this can be seen used by various cast members in multiple episodes of the series, notably in Star One and later in Headhunter. This hero functional version of the prop is constructed from wood with a painted finish and features a knob with a motor to the interior which when connected to a power source would move to simulate the countdown to detonation. The prop is hand signed by Gareth Thomas and Glynys Barber who portrayed Blake and Soolin respectively.

The device measures approximately 3.75" in diameter and stands 2.5" high, it remains in good screen used condition with some paint wear, overall fine.

A rare and highly displayable artefact from this cult science fiction series.
