Blake's 7

An original BBC order form used in the production of the BBC science fiction television series Blake's 7.

This is an original carbon print of a BBC Costume Department order form for the supply of costumes to the production. The form lists a large number of costumes to be supplied by theatrical costumier David Delacey of London from designs by Rupert Jarvis, these consisting of numerous principal character costumes including memorable dresses worn by Jacqueline Pearce as Servalan and several Jenna (Sally Knyvette) outfits. The order features the zero date 27th February 1978 and covers wardrobe used in the final five episodes of the first series, further dated to the bottom and signed by costumier David Delacey.

The order is A4 size and remains in excellent production used condition with some unrelated carbon transfer, otherwise fine.

A very interesting and unique memento from this cult BBC science fiction series.
