Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth

An original prop barbed wire used in the production of the 1992 movie Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth, the third instalment in the Hellraiser film franchise.

This barbed wire was used on the torso of the Barbie Cenobite prop dummy which was used for shots where it was not possible to use actor Peter Atkins, notably the fire breathing scenes. This upper torso wire was made by Image Animation UK who contributed a number of practical effects for the film, it is constructed from painted electrical cable and still exhibits latex prosthetics to the ends where it was attached to the dummy.

The wire measures approximately 14" long and remains in excellent production used condition with some minor paint loss.
