Art department blueprint - Oil drums
An original blueprint used in the production of the 1999 James Bond picture The World Is Not Enough starring Pierce Brosnan as the suave spy.
This blueprint is a production issued copy of the original rendering created by the art department and references the construction of miniature oil drums for the caviar factory set. The blueprint is headed 'BOND 19', 'TWO TYPES OIL DRUM' and notes the scale as 1:4'. A notes box to the corner carries various information relating to the production including the date 27.1.99, blueprints such as this were issued to various crew during the production to be used as reference during the construction of sets and miniatures.
The blueprint measures an impressive 33" x 32" and remains in excellent production used and folded condition with some hand inscribed notes to the verso where the sheet has been folded.
An interesting production artefact from one of the most celebrated franchises in cinematic history.
