Angel

An original prop used in the production of Angel, the American television series and Buffy the Vampire Slayer spin-off created by Joss Whedon.

From the season two finale There's No Place Like Plrtz Glrb this prosthetic mask can be seen worn by Angel (David Boreanaz) as he transforms during the battle with the Groosalugg (Mark Lutz). Constructed from foam latex the two part mask comprises of a head cowl featuring demonic ears and horns with hand punched hair and a face prosthetic with holes for the eyes and mouth, these expertly studio painted.

The mask remains in excellent production used condition with some minor wear to the neck area, otherwise largely soft and supple to the touch exhibiting minimal paint wear throughout with some peel to the chin, otherwise fine.

A highly displayable principal character artefact from this well received series.
