Seven Samurai

An original screening card from Seven Samurai, the 1954 epic directed by Akira Kurosawa.

This is an original screening card for a 1970s release of the classic movie at The Academy Cinema in Oxford Street, London. The front features artwork by Academy poster designer Peter Strausfeld and opens to provide details about the production to the interior and verso, it measures approximately 5.5" x 4.5" and remains in very good vintage condition with evidence of an old fold mark to the centre, otherwise fine.

A rare artefact from this highly regarded production which is frequently cited as one of the greatest pictures in cinematic history.
