Alien³

A pair of original film clips used in the production of Alien³, the 1992 science fiction horror directed by David Fincher.

These film clips were utilised by visual effects editors during the production of the movie, the clips are 70mm positive colour film which was the preferred format of Richard Edlund's Boss Film Studios for optical effects work as it offers a high quality composite. The two clips each feature three frames from Ripley's (Sigourney Weaver) death sequence, one of Weaver being prepared against bluescreen at Boss Films and the other of the final composite.

The clips each measure approximately 2.75" x 2.75" and remain in excellent production used condition.

A nice collection of original production material from this well received sequel which was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects.
