Thomas and Friends

An original miniature used in the production of the long running children's television show Thomas the Tank Engine which later became Thomas & Friends.

This miniature railway worker figurine is highly detailed with poseable arms and head which rotate 360 degrees on pins, hand painted to an immense level of detail this represents a rare early example of a solid lead figure, miniatures such as this were used throughout the earlier series before production switched to CGI. The figure exhibits traces of green dressing around the ankles and some glue residue where he was attached to the set during filming.

The figure measures 2.75" high and is in excellent production used condition with only minor paint loss, very fine.
