Scream

An original knife used in the production of the 1996 slasher picture Scream directed by Wes Craven.

This stunt knife was used by various actors as killer Ghostface, constructed from foam rubber the knife is a stunt version created for use in fight scenes where the use of a hero metal version would be potentially dangerous. The knife features a black painted handle with silver blade which contains the remains of dried and slightly sticky studio blood from its use on the production, these props are believed to have been reused in the sequel Scream 2.

The knife measures approximately 12" long and remains in excellent condition with obvious signs of use during the production.

A recognisable and displayable artefact from this well regarded franchise.
