Competition terms and conditions (November 2015)

1. Employees and contractors (and their respective families) of The Prop Gallery (hereafter The promoter) are not eligible to enter.

2. The deadline for for entries to be received by is November 22 2015 23:59:59 GMT. any entries received after this deadline will not be counted.

3. It is the responsibility of entrants to notify the promoter of any change of contact details.

4. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information. Use of false details will result in disqualification.

5. The promoter will have the right to publicly disclose the name of the winner(s) and their city/town of residence and request a photograph of the winner with their prize, this may or may not be used for promotional purposes at the sole discretion of the promoter.

6. The promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise.

7. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

8. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.

9. The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

10. Any email contact information supplied as part of your application may be used by the promoter to contact you regarding future events or promotions.

11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
